It lets you know what you are dealing with and decide with good judgement, and you may show it to anyone you wish. It is written on what you tell us and what you attach, and that is its scope. For court, or to act towards third parties on your behalf, an engagement is needed, which we will propose in the opinion itself if we think it necessary, with its price.
A PDF signed by the lawyer, in your inbox, in three parts: what your document or situation is, what risks and deadlines are running, and what we recommend you do. If you do not need a lawyer, we will tell you that too.
Yes, by writing to hola@passas.io before we have sent you the answer. We refund the full amount by the same means of payment. Once it has been sent, the service has been performed.
If you want a written answer you can re-read and keep, the opinion. If you would rather talk to the lawyer for an hour and ask questions as you go, the Virtual Consultation, for €90. In both cases the amount is deducted from the first invoice if an engagement follows.
