No. Trabajamos en remoto y no recibimos visitas.
El despacho de la calle Buensuceso, en Granada, es el sitio desde el que trabajamos. Las reuniones son por Google Meet, la documentación va por correo y los escritos entran en el juzgado por vía electrónica, así que da igual dónde estés.
¿Tenéis teléfono?

Por escrito queda constancia de lo que nos cuentas y de lo que te respondemos, y eso te protege a ti tanto como a nosotros.
¿Hacéis consulta gratuita?
No. La videoconsulta cuesta 90 € y se descuenta del encargo.
Son 60 minutos por Google Meet con el abogado que llevará tu asunto. Sales con criterio sobre tu caso y, si encaja, con el precio cerrado de lo que viene después.
¿Cómo cobráis?
Con un precio cerrado por escrito antes de empezar.
Los honorarios mínimos son 600 € en asuntos extrajudiciales y 2.000 € en judiciales, y nunca superan el 20 % de lo que está en juego. No facturamos por horas. Tienes todas las cifras en la página de honorarios.
¿Aceptáis cualquier asunto?
No. Solo los que tienen opciones reales o un valor estratégico claro.
En pleitos, el umbral es de 10.000 € en juego, porque por debajo de esa cifra litigar cuesta más de lo que puedes recuperar. Puedes comprobarlo antes con La Balanza.
¿Trabajáis fuera de Granada y en otros idiomas?
Sí. En toda España y en Europa, en español, inglés, alemán y francés.
La justicia electrónica no distingue partidos judiciales, y las operaciones entre países forman parte de nuestra práctica diaria.
Can I visit your office?
No. We work remotely and do not receive visitors.
Our office on Calle Buensuceso in Granada is where we work from. Meetings run on Google Meet, documents travel by email and filings reach the court electronically, so it makes no difference where you are.
Do you have a phone line?
No. Write to hola@passas.io and we will reply within 24 working hours.
Writing leaves a record of what you told us and what we answered, which protects you as much as it protects us.
Is the first consultation free?
No. The Virtual Consultation costs €90 and is deducted from the engagement.
Sixty minutes on Google Meet with the lawyer who will handle your matter. You leave with a clear view of your case and, if it fits, a fixed price for what comes next.
How do you charge?
A fixed price, in writing, before we start.
Minimum fees are €600 for out-of-court matters and €2,000 for court proceedings, and they never exceed 20 % of what is at stake. We do not bill by the hour. Every figure is on our fees page.
Do you take on any matter?
No. Only those with real prospects or clear strategic value.
For litigation the threshold is €10,000 at stake, because below that figure going to court costs more than you can recover. You can check it first with The Scales.
Do you work outside Granada and in other languages?
Yes. Across Spain and Europe, in Spanish, English, German and French.
Electronic filing makes no distinction between court districts, and cross-border work is part of our daily practice.
