Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user's device when the user visits it. They allow the site to remember information about the visit in order to make navigation easier on subsequent access.

The use of cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the service requires the user's prior consent, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, and with Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The website https://passas.io does not use analytics, advertising or user behaviour tracking cookies.

The only type of cookie that may be present are the strictly technical cookies generated by the website's hosting platform (Webflow, Inc.) to ensure the correct operation of certain functionalities, such as protection against fraudulent requests. These cookies are necessary for the provision of the service requested by the user, do not store personally identifying information and do not require consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

The Virtual Consultation booking button directs the user to an external service hosted on Google's domain. Any cookies that service may set are governed by Google's privacy and cookie policy, available at https://policies.google.com.

The Controller uses Google Search Console to monitor the website's performance in Google search results. This tool operates exclusively on Google's server side and sets no cookies on the user's device, nor does it collect behavioural data while the user browses the site.

The user may configure their browser to block or delete the cookies stored on their device. The relevant paths for the most common browsers are set out below:

(a) Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.

(b) Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.

(c) Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data.

Blocking strictly technical cookies may affect the correct operation of certain functionalities of the website.

The Controller will review and update this Cookie Policy whenever new technologies or tools are introduced that change the type or purpose of the cookies used on the website. The version in force is the one published on the website at the time of access.

This Policy is originally drafted in Spanish and is also published in English. Both versions correspond in their substantive content and each states its date of update. For the purposes of exercising their rights, the data subject may rely on the version they have consulted. Should they identify any discrepancy between the two versions, they may report it to hola@passas.io; the affected version will be reviewed and corrected. In respect of any matter not provided for in this clause, clause 6 of the Legal Notice shall apply.
