§ 2
How it decides
Within the EU, a claim goes in principle to the defendant's domicile. A consumer who buys from a shop that targets their country can sue at home. Divorce follows the spouses' habitual residence, and a judgment is enforced in another Member State with a certificate from the court that gave it, with no exequatur.
An estate is governed by a single law, that of the last habitual residence, unless the will chooses the law of nationality. A worker posted abroad for up to 24 months keeps paying social security at home with an A1 certificate.
Taxes and authorities follow their own rules. VAT on a business-to-business service is accounted for by the customer in their own country, and property is taxed where it stands. Foreign investment in critical sectors needs prior authorisation, an EU trade mark is filed with the EUIPO and a work visa is applied for at the Spanish consulate in the home country.

Questions

No. The game runs in your browser and sends nothing.
The EU regulations on jurisdiction, succession, divorce and social security, the VAT Directive, the GDPR, Spain's foreign investment screening, the EU trade mark, Incoterms and Spanish immigration rules.
Yes. We work in Spanish, English, German and French, and much of our international work has one side in another country.
