We could take on almost any matter. We chose four areas because we are especially good at them, we enjoy them and they pay better.

What to know before you choose.

¿Y si mi asunto no encaja en ninguna de las cuatro áreas?

Cuéntanoslo igualmente y en 24 horas laborables te diremos si podemos ayudarte.

Si nos cuentas antes tu asunto, sabrás si lo llevamos antes de reservar y pagar la videoconsulta.

¿Qué pasa si mi asunto toca varias áreas?

Lo llevamos entero, con una sola hoja de encargo y un solo precio.

Muchos asuntos digitales mezclan datos, inteligencia artificial y contratos, y algunos acaban ante un tribunal. Las áreas ordenan la web; dentro del despacho trabajamos el asunto completo.

¿Cuánto cuesta?

Cada servicio publica su precio de partida, y el precio exacto va en la hoja de encargo antes de que firmes.

La videoconsulta cuesta 90 € con IVA incluido y se descuenta de la primera factura si después hay encargo. Los mínimos son 600 € para lo extrajudicial y 2.000 € para lo judicial, con al menos 10.000 € en juego. Lo tienes todo en Honorarios.

¿Quién llevará mi asunto?

Un abogado colegiado del despacho, que puedes elegir al reservar.

Si no lo tienes decidido, te asignaremos uno al reservar la videoconsulta. Puedes conocer a cada uno en El Despacho.

¿Puedo saber si necesito abogado sin pagar nada?

Sí. Los juegos de LUDUS son gratuitos, no piden registro y aplican nuestras reglas.

La Consultilla te dice si la ley te exige abogado y La Balanza si te compensa pleitear. Si el resultado es que no nos necesitas, te lo dirán.

Tell us about it anyway and we will let you know within one working day whether we can help.

If you tell us about your matter first, you will know whether we take it on before you book and pay for the Virtual Consultation.

What if my matter spans several areas?

We handle it as a whole, with a single engagement letter and a single price.

Many digital matters combine data, artificial intelligence and contracts, and some end up in court. The areas organise the website; inside the firm we work on the whole matter.

How much does it cost?

Every service publishes its starting price, and the exact price is set out in the engagement letter before you sign.

The Virtual Consultation costs €90 including VAT and is deducted from the first invoice if an engagement follows. Our minimum fees are €600 for out-of-court work and €2,000 for court proceedings, with at least €10,000 at stake. Everything is on our Fees page.

Who will handle my matter?

A qualified lawyer at the firm, whom you can choose when you book.

If you have not decided, we will assign one when you book the Virtual Consultation. You can meet each of us on The Firm page.

Can I find out whether I need a lawyer without paying anything?

Yes. The LUDUS games are free, need no sign-up and apply the same rules we work by.

The Consultilla tells you whether Spanish law requires a lawyer, and The Scales whether going to court is worth it. If the answer is that you do not need us, they will say so.
