How I think

The key is to dream with your feet on the ground, or to fly with your eye fixed on the runway.

Curiosity

I read Law and Political Science because the changes in this world fascinate me, and so does History. I live between the grandeur of the past and the grandeur the future seems to promise, and I took literally the idea that the true philosopher never loses a child's curiosity to learn.

Recklessness

Many called me reckless for venturing into blockchain and finance. I landed at a firm that turned that curiosity into capability.

Capability

Two years are little to those who wait. To others, they are the difference between a fresh graduate afraid of the real world and someone who litigates complex categories, corners a large bank or takes part in a European consultation process.

    Defiendo en febrero el TFM del Máster de Abogacía (UPO) sobre smart contracts, ya en el despacho; me colegio en septiembre y pocos meses después obtengo mi primera sentencia estimatoria frente al BBVA.In February I defend my LLM dissertation (UPO) on smart contracts, already at the firm; I am admitted to the Bar in September and win my first judgment against BBVA within months.

Fuera del despacho, la numismática y la filosofía me han dado el hábito del análisis estructural, y es el mismo que aplico a cada caso.

Away from the firm, numismatics and philosophy have given me the habit of structural analysis, and it is the same one I bring to every case.

Formación

Me gradué en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas por la Universidad de Granada en 2022, con especialización en política comparada e instituciones europeas, y orienté la carrera desde el principio hacia la intersección entre tecnología e instituciones. Cursé el Máster de Abogacía en la Universidad Pablo de Olavide con un TFM sobre la regulación de los smart contracts, la propiedad intelectual y la protección de datos, que defendí en febrero de 2024 ya trabajando en el despacho. Sigo formándome en inteligencia artificial, que es hoy el centro de mi práctica tecnológica.

Trayectoria

Empecé como paralegal en derecho bancario y en octubre de 2023 entré en PASSAS como trainee. Me colegié en septiembre de 2024 y pocos meses después obtuve mi primera sentencia estimatoria frente al BBVA. Desde entonces llevo litigación civil, mercantil y administrativa, reclamaciones de cantidad, conflictos con bancos y asuntos de responsabilidad de administradores, y he trabajado en litigios sobre sucursales, filiales, franquicias y contratos de distribución internacional. En el área tecnológica llevo el cumplimiento del Reglamento de IA y su solapamiento con el RGPD para quien desarrolla o usa sistemas de inteligencia artificial, acompaño a startups en su arranque y escribo en el blog sobre IA en la Administración y en los servicios financieros.

Education

I graduated in Law and Political Science from the University of Granada in 2022, specialising in comparative politics and European institutions, and pointed my studies from the outset at the intersection of technology and institutions. I took the LLM in Legal Practice at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide with a dissertation on the regulation of smart contracts, intellectual property and data protection, which I defended in February 2024 while already working at the firm. I keep training in artificial intelligence, now the centre of my technology practice.

Track record

I started as a paralegal in banking law and joined PASSAS as a trainee in October 2023. I was admitted to the Bar in September 2024 and won my first judgment against BBVA within months. Since then I have handled civil, commercial and administrative litigation, debt recovery, disputes with banks and directors' liability matters, and I have worked on disputes over branches, subsidiaries, franchises and international distribution agreements. On the technology side I handle AI Act compliance and its overlap with the GDPR for those who build or deploy AI systems, support startups at launch and write on the blog about AI in public administration and in financial services.
