How much must be at stake for you to take my case?
At least €10,000, and our fees must not exceed 20% of that amount.

What does the price of a trial include?
The full first instance, from the settlement attempt to the judgment.
The fixed price, with all costs, is set out in the engagement letter. Appeals and enforcement are separate engagements.
What if I lose?
Our fees do not change, and we estimate the risk of a costs order in writing before we start.
If you win, the costs awarded are yours. As they do not depend on us, we leave them out when setting the price.
