He reads code, advises on ISO standards for quality, cybersecurity and data, audits AI architectures, and handles the overlap between the AI Act and the GDPR, MiCA and post-Schrems II international data transfers, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, without technical intermediaries. He has represented victims of crypto fraud with real on-chain tracing and knows the startup ecosystem from the inside.

Specialist training in the European institutions with Van Bael & Bellis in Brussels, at King's College London and at the European University Institute in Florence, where he obtained the Diploma in the Law of the European Union by competitive examination.

Education
Law degree from the University of Granada, with an Erasmus year at the Freie Universität Berlin and a diploma in Anglo-American law. Master's in International Trade Management (MDCI) from ESIC/EIG, LLM in Legal Practice from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and LLM in Advanced International and European Studies from the University of Granada, on the research track.
He has completed Advanced European Law at King's College London, European Business Law & WTO Practice at the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles with Van Bael & Bellis, and the advanced course of the Academy of European Law at the European University Institute in Florence, whose Diploma in the Law of the European Union is awarded by competitive examination among a cohort composed mainly of European doctoral researchers. He has taken part in practical seminars at the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Parliament and the World Trade Organization.
Track record
Before finishing his degree he had already won his first case before the High Court of Justice of Andalusia in a complex judicial review. Since then he has led matters across the civil, commercial, administrative and employment jurisdictions, including litigation before the Spanish Supreme Court and the Audiencia Nacional, in matters valued above €300,000. He has represented victims of crypto fraud with real on-chain tracing, and advises on investment and market entry structures in Spain and across the European market.
